I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been

Today I weighed myself, and I was a startling 146.8 pounds. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life.

I’ve been feeling pretty awful lately. My clothes aren’t fitting the same, and I don’t like how I’ve been looking in pictures.

I want to change that.

Today, I wake up tired, but hopeful that I can stick to my goals. I want to eat healthier, and I want to do as much activity as my body allows me.

Today, I plan to:

  • Intermittent fast with an eating window between 12pm – 8pm
  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Do yoga
  • Eat lean and healthily
  • Sleep and wake up earlier (10pm to 6am)
  • Stay off social media (except YouTube for motivation)

Manifestations:

  • I have lost 20 pounds after walking 10,000 steps per day and choosing to eat healthily.
  • I am working at Mighty Acorn Digital, working well with the team, and providing for my family.
  • I learn a lot from my classes and internship, and they are both manageable.
  • My family and friends are happy and healthy.
